A continuous freezer is the key to every ice cream production line. The ice-cream base is frozen and whipped simultaneously to create a smooth, creamy and cold refreshing taste. Air is added to the process via a pump making it feasible to attain aeration levels of well over 100%.

With a fruit & ingredient feeder from MEC, you can add delicious pieces of nuts, cookies, fruit or perhaps syrups to ice cream products, making it even better with rich bud. It is designed to provide the controlled insertion of any ingredient in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and forms into a continuous flowing stream of an ice cream base.
